Firstly, what is it?
Jeuveau is an injectable, similar to Botox & Dysport, used to treat severe glabellar lines. In other words, glabellar lines are those pesky little wrinkles between your eyebrows that won’t go away. Also, this product was clinically developed for aesthetic use. Lastly, this treatment is FDA-approved to temporarily improve the look of frown lines, in adults.
Desired Results
During your priliminary consultation, Gita will ask you what your desire is with your treatment. If you mention frown lines, she will recommend Jeuveau, Botox, or Dysport. After she decides which one is best for you, you will proceed with the treatment. Subsequently, you will come in for a 7-10 day follow up.

Pre-Treatment
- Most importantly, NO alcohol 24 hours prior to treatment.
- Also, discontinue anti-inflammatory medications (i.e. ibuprofen) 24-48 hours prior to treatment.
- In short, these are both to minimize bleeding and swelling.
Post-Treatment:
- Firstly, do NOT lie down for 3-4 hours post treatment.
- Secondly, AVOID facials, massage or waxing for 72 hours after treatment.
- Thirdly, DO not exercise the remainder of your treatment day.
- Lastly, keep in mind, it takes 3-10 days to see results.
